Community Mediation is a service arranged by the Jersey Legal Information Board with administrative support being provided by the Citizens Advice Bureau (�CAB�). The service commenced on 1st April 2009.
Fees generally chargeable on the registration or filing of documents in or with the Royal Court are as set out in the First Schedule to the Stamp Duties and Fees (Jersey) Law, 1998, as amended by subsequent legislation.
