Law Reports International

The Jersey Law Reports have been published in parts and bound volumes since 1985 by Law Reports International of Oxford, England, on behalf of the Royal Court of Jersey. The Reports present in an edited, headnoted and indexed form selected judgments of the Royal Court, the Jersey Court of Appeal and reports of appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and relevant European courts.

Jersey Judgments, a Royal Court publication, was a series of selected judgments running from 1950 to 1984. It has been re-indexed by Law Reports International and a full Cumulative Index and Tables covering from 1950 to the present day is up-dated regularly and published in paper every three years.

The copyright in the printed versions of Jersey Judgments and The Jersey Law Reports and in this online version is held by the Royal Court of Jersey.

Law Reports International have been publishers since 1966. The firm is directed by Dr. Alan Milner, OBE, MA, LLM, PhD, Barrister, now Emeritus Fellow of Trinity College, Oxford, who was awarded an OBE in 2009 for the contribution of his editorial and publishing work to “good governance in Africa, the Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies.”
