A STICKLER STICKLES

I read Advocate Simon Howitt’s article The nature of tenancies under Guernsey law[1] with great interest, especially with regard to its rich historical content.

At pp. 181-82, reference is made in paras 25 and 26, and n.32, to somewhat obscure judgments of the Royal Court of Guernsey.  To take these references seriatim, their originals are to be located in the registers of the Royal Court preserved at the Greffe as follows:
