Annotated Laws

The Jersey Legal Information Board is introducing this new section which contains annotated legislation.  These documents are versions of individual Laws contained in the Revised Edition of the Laws. Notes of reported cases have been added to individual articles of the Laws, with hyperlinks to the cases in The Jersey Law Reports and Jersey Judgments. At present it contains Chapters 4 and 13.  Based upon feedback received it will be reviewed and expanded upon and refined by the addition of further titles and possible changes to functionality.  Please use the feedback links here to either email your comments or to use the online feedback page.

Please note: The annotated laws will be updated annually in conjunction with each revised version. Therefore it may not be linked to the latest version of the law. This facility is intended as a useful aid to your understanding by using examples of case law and should not be assumed to be the latest version.
