THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 6 of the Compulsory Purchase of Land (Procedure) (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Law 1994,1 have made the following Act –

1.             The Compulsory Purchase of Land (Procedure) (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Law 1994 shall come into force on the eighth day of June 1994.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Compulsory Purchase of Land (Procedure) (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Law 1994 (Appointed Day) Act 1994.
