Air Navigation (Fees) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2019

THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS, in pursuance of Article 181(h) of the Air Navigation (Jersey) Law 2014[1], orders as follows –

1        Schedule Amended

In the Air Navigation (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2015[2], in the Schedule, after entry 9 there is inserted –

Grant of permission –

 

 

 

(a)     for an aircraft in Jersey to take on board and carry a passenger or cargo for valuable consideration or the promise of valuable consideration

(b)     for an aircraft to discharge a passenger or cargo in Jersey for valuable consideration or the promise of valuable consideration

Grant of permission for an aircraft to fly over Jersey for the purpose of aerial photography, aerial survey or any other aerial work

Grant of permission for a small unmanned aircraft to be flown for the purpose of aerial work

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Fees) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2019 and comes into force the day after the day it is made.
