(Gathering Control) (Amendment No. 2)
(Jersey) Order 2021

THE MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES,
after consulting
the Medical Officer of Health and the Council of Ministers, makes this Order
under Article 2 of the Covid-19 (Gatherings) (Jersey) Regulations 2020[1] –
1 Covid-19 (Gathering Control) (Jersey) Order 2020 amended
This Order amends the
Covid-19 (Gathering Control) (Jersey) Order 2020[2].
2 Article 7 (exception:
gatherings of 20 allowed for certain purposes) amended
In Article 7, in the
heading and in paragraph (1) for “20” there is substituted “40”.
3 Article 8
(exception: certain gatherings involving young people) amended
In Article 8(1), after
sub-paragraph (c) there is inserted –
“(d) a controlled gathering to
enable children to take part in any sport or exercise if the total number of
people participating in, watching, supporting or facilitating the gathering
does not exceed 35.”.
4 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Covid-19 (Gathering Control)
(Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2021 and comes into force on 17th
February 2021.
