THE STATES make these Regulations under the Order in
Council dated 14th April 1884[1] –
1 Amendment of Regulations
At the end of Regulation 1
of the Unlawful Public Entertainments (Jersey) Regulations 2019[2] there is inserted –
“(4) The Bailiff may, in respect of permission
granted under paragraph (3), if it appears to the Bailiff to be in the
public interest to do so –
(a) revoke the permission;
(b) if the permission is not subject to any
condition, attach such conditions to that permission as the Bailiff thinks fit;
(c) if the permission is subject to a
condition, revoke that condition or vary it as the Bailiff thinks fit.”.
2 Citation and commencement
(1) These
Regulations may be cited as the Unlawful Public Entertainments (Amendment)
(Jersey) Regulations 2020.
(2) These
Regulations come into force on the day after they are made.
