Financial Services Ombudsman (Jersey) Law 2014 (Appointed Day) (No. 2) Act 2015

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 27 of the Financial Services Ombudsman (Jersey) Law 2014[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Articles 20, 21 and 22

Articles 20, 21 and 22 of the Financial Services Ombudsman (Jersey) Law 2014[2] come into force 7 days after this Act is made.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Financial Services Ombudsman (Jersey) Law 2014 (Appointed Day) (No. 2) Act 2015.
