Discrimination (Jersey) Law 2013 (Appointed Day) Act 2014

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 49 of the Discrimination (Jersey) Law 2013[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Law

The Discrimination (Jersey) Law 2013[2] shall come into force on 1st September 2014.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Discrimination (Jersey) Law 2013 (Appointed Day) Act 2014.
