THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Articles 2 and 29
of the Sea Fisheries (Jersey) Law 1994[1] and Regulation 3 of the Sea
Fisheries (Bag Limits) (Jersey) Regulations 2016[2], orders as follows –
1 Sea Fisheries (Bag Limits) (Jersey) Order 2016
amended
For Article 1(1)(a) of the Sea Fisheries (Bag Limits) (Jersey)
Order 2016[3], there is substituted –
“(a) in the case of sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) –
(i) in any year,
during the period from 1st April to 31st October inclusive of those
days, one fish, and
(ii) at
all other times, 0 fish;”.

and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Sea Fisheries (Bag Limits) (Amendment
No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2019 and comes into force on the day after the
day on which it is made.
