(Fees) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2023

THE MINISTER FOR HOME AFFAIRS makes this Order under section 86
of the Immigration Act 2016, as extended to Jersey, with modifications, by
the Immigration (Jersey) Order 2021 and with the concurrence of the
Minister for Treasury and Resources –
1 Article 5 (fees payable for passport applications) of the Immigration (Fees) (Jersey)
Order 2022 amended
(1) In
Article 5(1) after “applies to” there is inserted “an”.
(2) In
the table in Article 5(2), for rows 1 to 4 there is substituted –

2 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Fees) (Amendment)
(Jersey) Order 2023 and comes into force on 1st June 2023.
