Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Order 2017

THE MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Article 2 of the Long-Term Care (Health and Social Services Charges) (Jersey) Law 2014[1], orders as follows –

1        Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Jersey) Order 2014 amended

In Article 2 of the Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Jersey) Order 2014[2], for the table there shall be substituted the following table –

Person requires long-term care services on a daily basis but can be left alone for periods of at least 3 hours a day.

Person requires long-term care services on a daily basis but cannot be left alone for periods exceeding 3 hours a day and the description for level 3 or 4 does not apply.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Order 2017 and shall come into force on 1st April 2017.
