Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Expenses Limits) (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Order 2017

Coming into force                                                          1st April 2017

THE MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Article 3(2B) of the Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Jersey) Law 1948[1], and after consultation with the Minister for Infrastructure, orders as follows –

1        Schedule to the Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Expenses Limits) (Jersey) Order 2013 amended

In the table in the Schedule to the Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Expenses Limits) (Jersey) Order 2013[2] –

(a)     in the last entry in column 1, after the words “On or after 1st April 2016” there shall be inserted the words “and before 1st April 2017”; and

(b)     at the end of the table there shall be added the following item and entries in columns 1 to 5 –

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Expenses Limits) (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Order 2017 and shall come into force on 1st April 2017.
