THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS, in pursuance of Article 25 of the United Nations Financial Sanctions (Jersey) Law 2017[1], orders as follows –

1        United Nations Financial Sanctions (Jersey) Law 2017 commenced

The United Nations Financial Sanctions (Jersey) Law 2017[2] comes into force on 1st April 2017.

2        Citation

This Order may be cited as the United Nations Financial Sanctions (Jersey) Law 2017 (Appointed Day) (Jersey) Order 2017.
