Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2017

THE MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Article 2 of the Long-Term Care (Health and Social Services Charges) (Jersey) Law 2014[1], orders as follows –

1        Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Jersey) Order 2014 amended

In Article 2 of the Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Jersey) Order 2014[2], in the table –

(a)     for the amount “£1351.14” there shall be substituted the amount “£1351.07”;

(b)     for the amount “£193.02” there shall be substituted the amount “£193.01”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2017 and shall come into force immediately upon the coming into force of the Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Order 2017[3].
