Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000






                THE HARBOURS AND AIRPORT COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Article 75(1) of the Air Navigation (No. 2) Order 2000, as amended, of the United Kingdom as applied to Jersey by the Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000,[1] as amended,[2] being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest to do so, orders as follows -


                1.      The flight by all aircraft in the airspace specified in the Schedule to this Order is prohibited between 9.00 a. m. on 14th June 2002 and 6.00 p.m. on that day unless earlier determined by the Airport Director.


                2.      This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Exclusion Zone) (Jersey) Order 2002 and shall come into force forthwith.

The airspace to a height of 5000 feet above a circle at ground level with a radius of 1000 metres centred on 02° 05.5 minutes West and 49° 14.0 minutes North (Howard Davis Farm).
