Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Amendment – Automatic Implementation of Ports Directions) (Jersey) Order 2023

THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS makes this Order under Article 3 of the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019 –

1        Schedule 3 (special provisions) of the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021 amended

In paragraph 4(1)(a) (Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019: shipping and aircraft, and general licences not relating to asset-freezes) of Schedule 3 to the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021, for “a Crimean ports direction” there is substituted “a Crimean ports direction, a Donetsk ports direction or a Kherson and Zaporizhzhia ports direction”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Amendment – Automatic Implementation of Ports Directions) (Jersey) Order 2023 and comes into force on the day after it is made.
