(Public Parking Places) (Amendment No. 2)

THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 59
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Road Traffic (Public Parking Places)
(Jersey) Order 2006 amended
In the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006[2] –
(a) at
the end of Part 2 of Schedule 1 there shall be added the following
entry –

“La
Rosière Car Park, Corbière
|
STB27”;
|
(b) in
Part 4 of Schedule 2 –
(i) the
parking place “STP4” shall be
deleted,
(ii) the
parking place “STB27” shall be added;
(c) in
Part 8 of Schedule 2 the parking place “STP4”
shall be added.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey)
Order 2009 and shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
