Corruption) (Jersey) Order 2021

THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS AND
FINANCIAL SERVICES makes this Order under Articles 3 and 4 of the Sanctions and
Asset-Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019[1] –
1 Article 1 (interpretation) of Sanctions and Asset-Freezing
(Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021 amended
In Article 1(2) of the Sanctions
and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021[2] for “as amended from
time to time” there is substituted “as amended from time to time, and Article
17(1) of the Interpretation (Jersey) Law 1954[3] applies in relation
to such a reference as if instruments enacted in the UK were enactments for the
purpose of that Law”.

3 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing
(Implementation of External Sanctions) (Amendment – Corruption) (Jersey) Order
2021 and comes into force on 27th April 2021.
