THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS AND FINANCIAL SERVICES makes this Order under Articles 3 and 4 of the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019[1] –
1 Schedule 1 (UK instruments implemented) to Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021 amended
In the table in Schedule 1 to the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021[2] –
(a) the row labelled “Burma” is deleted;
(b) after the row labelled “Mali” there is inserted –

2 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Amendment – Myanmar) (Jersey) Order 2021 and comes into force on 30th April 2021.
