THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT makes this Order under Articles 8(3)(a)
and 124 of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002[1] –
1 Planning and Building (General Development) (Jersey) Order 2011
amended
In Part 9 (emergency
development by the Government of Jersey) of Schedule 1 to the Planning and
Building (General Development) (Jersey) Order 2011[2], in the entry A.3(1)
relating to the item “Limitation and conditions”, for “12 months” there is
substituted “2 years”.
2 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Planning and Building (General
Development) (Amendment No. 7 – Covid-19) (Jersey) Order 2021 and comes
into force on the day after it is made.
