THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS AND FINANCIAL SERVICES makes this Order under Article 3 of the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019 –

1        Schedule 1 (UK sanctions instruments implemented) amended

In the table in Schedule 1 to the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021, in column 5 of the row labelled “Russia” for “30(1), 41(1), 42(1), 43(1), 44(1), 44(2), 44(3), 45(1), 46(1), 46A(1), 46B(2), 46E(1), 46F(1), 49(1),” there is substituted “30(1), 30C(1), 30D(1), 30E(1), 30F(1), 30G(1), 30G(2), 30G(3), 30H(1), 41(1), 42(1), 43(1), 44(1), 44(2), 44(3), 45(1), 46(1), 46A(1), 46B(2), 46E(1), 46F(1), 46G(1), 46H(1), 46I(1), 46K(1), 46L(1), 46M(2), 46O(2), 46P(1), 46Q(1), 46Q(2), 46Q(3), 46R(1), 46U(1), 46V(1), 46W(1), 46X(1), 46Y(1), 49(1),”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Russia – Amendment No. 7) (Jersey) Order 2022 and comes into force on the day after it is made.
