4 Citation and commencement
(1) This Order may be cited as the Economic
Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture (2024 Fees)
(Jersey) Order 2023.
(2) Article 2 and this Article come into force
on 8th October 2023.
(3) Articles
1 and 3 come into force on 1st January 2024.
