1        Commencement of Regulations 1, 2, 4 and 5 of the Financial Services (Amendment of Law) (No. 6) (Jersey) Regulations 2023

Regulations 1, 2, 4 and 5 of the Financial Services (Amendment of Law) (No. 6) (Jersey) Regulations 2023 come into force on 31st October 2023.

2        Citation

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services (Amendment of Law No. 6 Regulations – Commencement) (Jersey) Order 2023.
