Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Amendment No. 17) (Jersey) Order 2022

THE MINISTER FOR INFRASTRUCTURE makes this Order under Articles 59 and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956 –

1        Schedule 1 (parking places) to the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006 amended

In Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006 –

(a)     for “Pier Road Car Park Shopper Zone, level 1” there is substituted “Pier Road Car Park Shopper Zones on levels 1 and 2”;

(b)     for “Pier Road Car Park (excluding Shopper Zone, level 1 and levels 13, 14 and 15)” there is substituted “Pier Road Car Park (excluding levels 13, 14 and 15, and the Shopper Zones on levels 1 and 2)”.

2        Citation, commencement, and expiry

(1)     This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Amendment No. 17) (Jersey) Order 2022 and comes into force on the day after it is made.

(2)     The amendments to the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006 made by Article 1 cease to have effect at midnight on 31st July 2023.
