Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Order 2010

THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 21 and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –

1        Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (Jersey) Order 2003

In Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (Jersey) Order 2003[2] for the entries under the heading “St. Clement” there shall be substituted the following entries –

“La Grande Route de la Côte

La Grande Route de St. Clement (from a point 95 yards west of La Rue au Seigneur to a point 45 yards west of La Rue Graut and from La Verte Rue to a point 10 yards east of La Rue du Hocq)

Green Road

La Grève d’Azette

La Petite Sente

Plat Douet Road

La Rue au Blancq

La Rue de la Blinerie (from La Grande Route de St. Clement to La Rue du Coin)

La Rue de Causie

La Rue de la Chapelle

La Rue de la Croix

La Rue Hamel

La Rue du Hocq

La Rue de Jambart

La Rue Laurens

La Rue du Maupertuis

La Rue du Pignon

La Rue de Pontlietaut

La Rue de Samarès

La Ruelle des Tours”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Order 2010 and shall come into force 14 days after it is made.
