THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS AND FINANCIAL SERVICES makes this Order under Articles 3 and 4 of the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019 –

1        Schedule 1 (UK sanctions instruments implemented) to Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021 amended

In the table in Schedule 1 to the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021, in column 5 of the row labelled “Belarus”, for “regulations 22(1), 23(1), 24(1), 25(1), 26(1), 26(2), 26(3), 27(1)” there is substituted “regulations 15A(1), 15B(1), 15B(2), 15C(1), 22(1), 23(1), 24(1), 24A(1), 25(1), 26(1), 26(2), 26(3), 27(1), 27C(1), 27D(1), 27E(1), 27F(1), 27G(1), 27G(2), 27G(3), 27H(1), 27J(1), 27J(3), 27K(1), 27K(2), 27L(1), 27M(1), 27M(2), 27N(1), 29C(6), 29D(1), 29D(2), 29D(3)”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Amendment – Belarus) (Jersey) Order 2021 and comes into force on the day after it is made.
