Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law 2014 (Appointed Day) Act 2018

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 50(3) of the Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law 2014[1], have made the following Act –

1        Appointed day

The provisions of the Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law 2014[2], other than those set out in Article 50(2) of that Law, shall come into force on 1st January 2019.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law 2014 (Appointed Day) Act 2018.
