The Regulation of Care (Regulated Activities) (Amendment of Law) (Jersey) Regulations 2022 come into force on 1st January 2023.

2        Citation

This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Care (Amendment of Law – Regulated Activities Regulations) (Commencement) (Jersey) Order 2022.
