THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 62
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as
follows –
1 Road
Traffic (St. Saviour) (Jersey) Order 2000 amended
(1) The
Schedules to the Road Traffic (St. Saviour) (Jersey) Order 2000[2] shall be amended in
accordance with the following paragraphs of this Article.
(2) In Part 1
of Schedule 1 –
(a) the entry “Chasse Brunet” in column 1 and
the item relating to that entry in column 2 shall be deleted;
(b) after
the entry “James Road” in column 1 and the item relating to
that entry in column 2 there shall be inserted the following entry and
item –
“La Chasse Brunet
|
Bagatelle Road to La Rue de Patier”.
|
(3) In Part 1
of Schedule 3 –
(a) the entry “Chasse Brunet” in column 1 and
the items relating to that entry in column 2 shall be deleted;
(b) for the entry “La Chasse Brunette” in column 1
there shall be substituted the entry “La Chasse Brunet”, and for
the items in column 2 relating to that entry there shall be substituted the
following items –
“East side (from its
junction with St. Saviour’s Hill for a distance of 31 yards in
a southerly direction)
East side (from the northern
boundary of the property known as “Rosedale” for a distance of
43 yards in a southerly direction)
East side (from its junction
with La Rue de Patier for a distance of 169 yards
in a northerly direction)
East side (from its junction
with La Rue de Patier to its junction with Bagatelle
Road)
West side”.
2 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (St. Saviour)
(Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Order 2015 and shall come into force on
the day after it is made.
