(Workplace – Thirteenth Extension) (Jersey) Order 2020

THE MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES makes this Order under Regulation 2
of the Covid-19 (Workplace Restrictions) (Jersey) Regulations 2020[1], after having complied with the consultation requirements set out in
that Regulation –
1 Extension of restriction period
In Article 1(b) of
the Covid-19 (Workplace Restrictions) (Jersey) Order 2020[2] for “Thursday 12th
November” there is substituted “Thursday 26th November”.
2 Citation and
commencement
This Order may be cited
as the Covid-19 (Workplace – Thirteenth Extension) (Jersey) Order 2020 and
comes into force on 13th November 2020.
