Restriction on Smoking (Sales of Cigarettes to Children) (Amendment) (Jersey) Regulations 2004

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 1 of the Restriction on Smoking (Jersey) Law 1973,[1] have made the following Regulations –

1        Restriction on Smoking (Sales of Cigarettes to Children) (Jersey) Regulations 1992 amended

In Regulation 1 of the Restriction on Smoking (Sales of Cigarettes to Children) (Jersey) Regulations 1992[2] for the word “sixteen” there shall be substituted the word “18”.

2        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Restriction on Smoking (Sales of Cigarettes to Children) (Amendment) (Jersey) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
