THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Article 2(3) of the Artificial Insemination of Domestic Animals (Jersey) Law 1952[1]; Articles 4(1) and
21(2)(b) of the Dangerous Wild Animals (Jersey) Law 1999[2]; Article 10A of the Veterinary
Surgeons (Jersey) Law 1999[3]; Articles 9(3)(a), 28(3),
34(2)(c), 120 and 124 of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002[4]; Articles 4 and 5 of the
Plant Health (Jersey) Law 2003[5]; Articles 17(1)(c) and 39 of
the Animal Welfare (Jersey) Law 2004; Articles 18, 22, 106 and 108 of
the Waste Management (Jersey) Law 2005[6]; Article 6(1)(b) of the High

1 Dangerous Wild Animals (Jersey) Law 1999

In Schedule 3 to the Dangerous Wild
Animals (Jersey) Law 1999[13] for the
amount “£290.00” there is substituted the amount
“£296.00”.
2 Animal Welfare (Licence Fee) (Jersey) Order 2008
amended
(1) In
this Article the “Licence Fee Order” means the Animal Welfare
(Licence Fee) (Jersey) Order 2008[14].
(2) In
Article 2 of the Licence Fee Order –
(a) in
paragraph (a)(i) for the amount “£130.00” there is
substituted the amount “£132.00”;
(b) in

3 Artificial
Insemination of Domestic Animals (Bovine Semen) (Jersey) Order 2008

For Article 48 of the Artificial Insemination of Domestic
Animals (Bovine Semen) (Jersey) Order 2008[15] there is substituted the
following Article –
The following fees are
prescribed for the purposes of Article 2(3) of the Artificial Insemination
of Domestic Animals (Jersey) Law 1952[16] –
(a) for the grant of a licence of premises as an
EC quarantine centre under Article 3(1), £186.00, plus a fee of
£91.50 payable on the re-inspection of the premises after a year, and
every year thereafter;
(b) for the grant of a licence of premises as an
EC collection centre under Article 3(2), £232.00, plus a fee of
£91.50 payable on the re-inspection of the premises after a year, and
every year thereafter;
(c) for the grant of a licence of premises as an
EC quarantine centre and as an EC collection centre under Article 3(1) and
(2), £324.00, plus a fee of £91.50 payable on the re-inspection of
the premises after a year, and every year thereafter;
(d) for the grant of a licence of premises as an
EC storage centre under Article 3(3), £140.00, plus a fee of £91.00
payable on the re-inspection of the premises after a year, and every year
thereafter;
(e) for approval of an animal under Article 5(1),
£140.00;
(f) for approval of a veterinary surgeon
under Article 6(1), £184.00;
(g) for the grant of a licence of premises as a
domestic collection centre under Article 17(1), £232.00;

Hedges (Application Fee) (Jersey) Order 2008 amended
In Article 1(1) of the High Hedges (Application Fee) (Jersey)
Order 2008[17] for the amount
“£300.00” there is substituted the amount
“£306.00”.
5 Planning
and Building (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2008 amended
(1) In
this Article the “Development Fees Order” means the Planning and
Building (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2008[18].
(2) In Article 2
of the Development Fees Order –
(a) in paragraph (1A),
for the amount “£208,000” there is substituted the amount
“£212,250”;
(b) in paragraph (6)(a),
for the amount “25%” there is substituted the amount
“50%”;
(c) in paragraph (6)(b),
for the words “the fee is “75%” there are substituted the
words “subject to paragraph (6A), the fee is 50%”;
(d) after
paragraph (6) there is inserted the following paragraph –
“(6A) Where, before 1st January 2017, the
Minister has granted planning permission in outline only, the fee for an
application under paragraph (6)(b) is 75% of the fee that is calculated in
accordance with the table in Schedule 1.”.
(3) After
Article 2 of the Development Fees Order there is inserted the following
Article –
“2A Fee
to accompany an application for the amendment of a condition of planning permission
(1) Except as provided under paragraph (2),
where an application is made under Article 21 of the Law for the removal
or variation of a condition of planning permission, the fee payable for each application
is £153 subject in each case to a maximum fee equivalent to the fee for
6 such applications.
(2) If an application under Article 21 of
the Law relates to the removal or variation of a condition of planning
permission –
(a) granted by a Development Order; or
(b) specifying that the development to which the
permission relates shall be begun before the expiration of a specified period,
no fee is payable.”.
(4) In Article 3
of the Development Fees Order for the amount “£221” there is
substituted the amount “£225”.
(5) For
the table in Schedule 1 to the Development Fees Order there is substituted
