Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Order 2021

THE MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES makes this Order under Article 2 of the Long-Term Care (Health and Social Services Charges) (Jersey) Law 2014 after consulting with the Minister for Social Security –

1        Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Jersey) Order 2014 amended

In Article 2 (charges for long-term care services) of the Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Jersey) Order 2014, for the table there is substituted –

Person requires long-term care services on a daily basis but can be left alone for periods of at least 3 hours a day.

Person requires long-term care services on a daily basis but cannot be left alone for periods exceeding 3 hours a day and the description for level 3 or 4 does not apply.

Person requires long-term care services throughout the day or night but such services are not required 24 hours a day.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st January 2022.
