THE MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES makes this Order under Article 2
of the Long-Term Care (Health and Social Services Charges) (Jersey) Law 2014[1] after consulting with the Minister for Social Security –

In Article 2 (charges for long-term care services) of the
Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Jersey)
Order 2014[2], for the table there is substituted –

2 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Long-Term Care Services (Health and
Social Services Charges) (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Order 2020 and comes
into force on 1st January 2021.
