Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 (Appointed Day) Act 2014

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 57 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Law

The Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011[2] shall come into force on 1st January 2015.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 (Appointed Day) Act 2014.
