Firearms (Excepted Air Weapons) (Jersey) Order 2001

1        Interpretation

In this Order, “Law” means the Firearms (Jersey) Law 2000.

2        Excepted air weapons

Air weapons of the types specified in the Schedule to this Order are declared not to be specially dangerous for the purposes of Article 2(2)(a) of the Law and accordingly Part 2 of the Law shall not apply to any such air weapon.

3        Citation

This Order may be cited as the Firearms (Excepted Air Weapons) (Jersey) Order 2001.

Excepted Air Weapons

Air weapons designed for use under water

Air weapons with a muzzle energy of less than one foot-pound
