THE CHIEF MINISTER, in pursuance of Article 51A of the States of Jersey Law 2005, orders as follows –

1        Proper address for service of documents on Minister

(1)     The proper address for service of a document on a Minister is the address specified opposite the entry for the Minister in the table that follows this Article.

(2)     Where the proper address for service on a Minister includes a postal box number, that number is included only for the purposes of postal service.[2]
