Community Provisions (Welfare of Animals during Transport) (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2014

1        Fees for exercise of Minister’s functions under Council Regulation 1/2005

(1)     The fee for the grant by the Minister of an authorization referred to in Article 10 of Council Regulation 1/2005 is £162.[1]

(2)     The fee for the grant by the Minister of an authorization referred to in Article 11 of Council Regulation 1/2005 is £218.[2]

(3)     The fee for the issue by the Minister of a certificate of competence referred to in Article 17(2) of Council Regulation 1/2005 is £39.[3]

(4)     The fee for the grant by the Minister of a certificate of approval of means of transport by road referred to in Article 18(1) of Council Regulation 1/2005 is £79.50.[4]

(5)     The fee for the grant by the Minister of a certificate of approval of a livestock vessel referred to in Article 19 of Council Regulation 1/2005 shall be £52.50 multiplied by the number of whole units of 30 minutes comprised in the time taken to undertake the inspection required by Article 19(1)(c).[5]

This Order may be cited as the Community Provisions (Welfare of Animals during Transport) (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2014.
