(Reciprocal Enforcement) (Jersey) Act 1973
1 Reciprocating countries
Part 2 of the Judgments (Reciprocal
Enforcement) (Jersey) Law 1960 (hereafter called the “principal
Law”) shall extend to the countries (hereinafter referred to as the
“reciprocating countries”) set out in the first column of the Schedule.
2 Relevant courts
The courts set out in the
second column of the Schedule shall, for the purposes of Part 2 of the
principal Law, be deemed superior courts of the reciprocating countries set out
respectively opposite thereto in the first column of that Schedule.
3 Citation
This Act may be cited as
the Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) (Jersey) Act 1973.

the Court of Appeal of Guernsey.
