THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 13 of the Places of Refreshment (Jersey) Law 1967, have made the following Regulations –

The amount of the fee which may be charged by a Connétable for the grant of a permit under Article 13(4) of the Places of Refreshment (Jersey) Law 1967 shall be £15.

These Regulations may be cited as the Places of Refreshment (Sunday, Good Friday or Christmas Day Opening) (Fees) (Jersey) Regulations 1985.
