What is the Jersey Employment and Discrimination Tribunal

The Jersey Employment and Discrimination Tribunal (JEDT) is a statutory body established under the Employment (Jersey) Law 2003 and the Discrimination (Jersey) Law 2013 to resolve employment related disputes and discrimination claims whether employment related or otherwise.  The Tribunal is a judicial body with a right of appeal on points of law directly to the Royal Court.

Judgments from the Employment Tribunal from 2005 and more recently the Employment and Discrimination Tribunal are published on www.jerseylaw.je .
