Aquatic Resources (Seaweed Licence Fees) (Jersey) Order 2019

THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT makes this Order under Regulation 4(1) of the Aquatic Resources (Seaweed Licences) (Jersey) Regulations 2019 –

Commencement [see endnotes]

1        Fee for commercial seaweed licence[1]

For the purposes of Regulation 4(1) of the Aquatic Resources (Seaweed Licences) (Jersey) Regulations 2019, the fee to accompany an application for a licence, including renewal of a licence, to harvest seaweed by hand for commercial purposes is £106.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Aquatic Resources (Seaweed Licence Fees) (Jersey) Order 2019 and comes into force on the day after the day this Order is made.
