Wildlife (Protected Plants) (Jersey) Order 2009
1 Protected plants
For the purposes of Article 3 of the Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law 2000, the plants listed in the
Schedule to this Order are prescribed as plants which are to be protected.
2 Citation
This Order may be cited as the Conservation of Wildlife (Protected
Plants) (Jersey) Order 2009.
