Licensing (Prescribed Renewal Form) (Jersey) Order 2020

1        Prescribed form for renewal of a licence

An application for the renewal of a licence under Article 10 of the Licensing (Jersey) Law 1974 must –

(a)     be submitted through a website maintained by the States of Jersey in the form set out in Schedule 1 (as enabled on that website); or

(b)     be in the form set out in Schedule 2.

3        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Prescribed Renewal Form) (Jersey) Order 2020 and comes into force 7 days after it is made.
