1 Designation of persons specified under Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 of UK
The following persons are designated for the purpose of Part 3 of the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019, being the persons designated in the Andrey Lugovoy and Dmitri Kovtun Freezing Order 2018 (SI 2018/60) of the UK –
(a) Andrey Lugovoy;
(b) Dmitri Kovtun.
2 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Designation of Lugovoy and Kovtun) (Jersey) Order 2020 and comes into force on the day after it is made.
