Regulation of Care (Standards and Requirements) (Reinstatement of Covid-19 Modifications) (Jersey) Order 2021
THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT makes this Order under Regulation 17A(7) of the Regulation of Care (Standards and Requirements) (Jersey) Regulations 2018 after consulting the Council of Ministers, obtaining the consent of the Minister for Health and Social Services and being satisfied that making this Order is necessary and proportionate having regard to the foreseeable risk of the spread of Covid-19 in Jersey –

1 Covid-19 measures in Regulation of Care (Standards and Requirements) (Jersey) Regulations 2018 reinstated
The effect of Regulation 17A(1) to (5) of the Regulation of Care (Standards and Requirements) (Jersey) Regulations 2018 is reinstated.
2 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Care (Standards and Requirements) (Reinstatement of Covid-19 Modifications) (Jersey) Order 2021 and comes into force on the day after it is made.
