THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY makes this Order under Article 5 of the Social Security (Jersey) Law 1974 –

1        Class 1 minimum earnings threshold

For the purposes of Article 5(3)(b) of the Social Security (Jersey) Law 1974, the Class 1 minimum earnings threshold is £438.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Class 1 Minimum Earnings Threshold) (Jersey) Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st January 2022.
