THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 30 of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) (Jersey) Law 2000, have made the following Act –

1 Convention countries
The following countries or territories, in which the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions Relating to Maintenance Obligations concluded at the Hague on 2nd October 1973 is in force, shall be Hague Convention countries for the purposes of Part 4 of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) (Jersey) Law 2000 –
